Chinese New Year January 23 2012 is Special Non-Working Holiday
The year 2012 is the year of the Dragon. This coming January 23, 2012, Monday, is the day of the celebration of Chinese New Year. And under Proclamation No. 84, Chinese New Year is declared as special non-working holiday in the country.
