Prosecutor Vitaliano Aguirre was cited for contempt by the impeachment court

Private prosecutor Atty. Vitaliano Aguirre was cited for contempt for misbehaving in the impeachment court. Atty. Aguirre was seen covering his ears while Sen.-judge Miriam Defensor-Santiago was speaking before the 26th day of the impeachment trial court.

The senator’s BP shoot up to 190/90 after the heated confrontation, even referring to Aguirre as having mental disorder.
