This was confirmed by N7WN president Bernard Weber, who after reviewing the results of the online balloting worldwide congratulated the Filipinos for their triumph.

PPUR is an 8.2-kilometer underground river with a unique natural formation, featuring a spectacular limestone and complex cave system. It supports one of the major biodiversity areas in the Philippines.

Rounding up the 7 are Amazon, Halong Bay, Iguazu Falls, Jeju Island, Komodo, Puerto Princesa Underground River and Table Mountain.
