Failure of elections have been declared in 4 municipalities in Lanao del Sur, ABS-CBN News confirms.
Lack of Board of Election Inspectors (BEIs) forced the towns of Sultyan Dumalondong, Tubaran, and Masiu to have failure of elections, AFP Brigadier General Rey Ardo told abs-cbnNEWS.com.
Meanwhile, the town of Lumba-Bayabao declared failure of elections after all the Precinct-Count Optical Scan (PCOS) machines assigned to the town were non-operational, Ardo said.
